Refund Policy – Exchanges Only
At Shine Your Kindness Gifts, all sales are final. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions.
Exchanges We will gladly replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order at shineyourkindness@gmail.com. After receiving your request, we will evaluate it, and if approved, we will issue an exchange.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
